How to Rent a Parking Space

We appreciate your interest in renting a parking spot at St. Stephen’s. Our goal is to provide you with a convenient and secure parking solution. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a hassle-free rental experience.

WHAT HAS CHANGED: Since the city of Toronto changed it’s bylaws to no longer require residential landlords to provide tenant parking, the demand for parking has exploded. St Stephen’s has engaged a parking management company to manage the increased demand on our parking lot. Vehicles not on the list as having paid for the current month will be ticketed and may be towed.

Rental Availability

Limited Spaces: We have a total of 12 parking spaces available for rent. Due to this limitation, spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The table below is intended to show the spots we have available and confirm to you that we have your car on our “no ticket” list. The table is in test mode, so please confirm with the Parish Office before you send us money and begin parking in our lot. Allow 24 hours for the table to update after you make a payment.

How to Request a Parking Spot

Submit Your Request: Please email the following documents to ststephendownsview@toronto.anglican.ca:
- A photo of your driver’s license.
- A photo of your vehicle registration of ownership (the green card) with both the vehicle license plate number and your name clearly visible.
- Your phone number
- Your postal address (if different from the address on your driver’s license)
Confirmation Required: Do not park or make any payments until you receive a confirmation from us. Unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and may be towed.

Payment Details

Cost: The rental fee for a parking spot is $100 per month. We do NOT provide daily or weekly parking.
Payment Due Date: Payments must be made by the first day of each month.

Vehicle Restrictions: Please be aware that vehicles with advertising, trucks, and buses are not permitted on our premises.
