Downsview Youth Covenant (DYC)

The Downsview Youth Covenant (DYC) was one of the first youth programs in the Downsview area, and was established in 1998 and incorporated in 2009.

Today, DYC programming includes a weekday Homework Club that offers after-school homework help, mentoring, and field trips for participants. Homework Club operates during the school year from September to June.
DYC also runs an annual March Break camp for one week, and a 6-week Summer Camp. Both camps focus on overarching themes that are biblical concepts and teachings. Activities include daily Bible study, swimming, crafts, games, robotics, dance/aerobics, drumming, and weekly field trips. Children who attend the camps range in age from 5-13.

Saints Café

Saints Café is an outreach lunch program operated by the Church for those in our community who could benefit from a healthy and nutritious meal. It provides a place for fellowship and a safe haven.

This program is one of our outreach ministries that is dear to us as we attempt to make a difference in the community we serve. Through the café, community members can access a variety of resources and connect with parishioners and others from the community.

The Café prepares and serves hot, healthy, and nutritious meals on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. On Wednesdays, following lunch, those who are interested participate in a mid-week service to read and reflect on scripture. This is an informal service that involves an open question- and-answer discussion around the theme of the readings.

Angel Tree Christmas

In partnership with Prison Fellowship Canada, it is our privilege to provide children with Christmas gifts on behalf of an incarcerated parent.
