How to Rent a MONTHLY Parking Space

St Stephen’s offers an annual contract for parking paid monthly. We do not offer parking for less than a month. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a hassle-free rental experience.

Rental Availability

Limited Spaces: We have a total of 12 parking spaces available for rent. Due to this limitation, spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Request a Parking Spot

Submit Your Request: Please email the following documents to office@ststephendownsview.ca:
- A photo of your driver’s license.
- A photo of your vehicle registration of ownership (the green card) with both the vehicle license plate number and your name clearly visible.
- Your phone number
- Your postal address (if different from the address on your driver’s license)
Confirmation Required: Do not park or make any payments until you receive a confirmation from us. Unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and may be towed.

Payment Details

Cost: The rental fee for a parking spot is $100 per month. We do NOT provide daily or weekly parking.
Payment Due Date: Payments must be made by the first day of each month.

Important Information

Vehicle Restrictions: Please be aware that vehicles with advertising, trucks, and buses are not permitted on our premises.
The Confirmation consists of a one year contract for parking to paid monthly. Payment for parking constitutes acceptance of the contract. Non-payment of parking for a fourty day period constitutes contract cancelation.
